P.E.

There are lots of super websites and apps to keep you active and healthy while you are learning at home.  Here are some of our favourites:

Stretch, bend and get moving with the Cosmic Kids Yoga YouTube channel, where you’ll find 10-20 minute guided yoga workouts for preschool to secondary school-aged children. You can also stream episodes on Amazon Prime Video. Go to www.youtube.com/user/CosmicKidsYoga

The Body Coach is a popular YouTube channel that features free, easy-to-follow, at-home workouts for everyone, including children. Get fit no matter your fitness level with these active, engaging videos with Joe Wicks.  Go to: PE with Joe on YouTube.

My favourite is www.bbc.co.uk/teach/supermovers.  Here you will find fun curriculum linked resources to get you moving while you learn!  I particularly like the Times Tables Mash-Ups, Homophones with Johnny and Inel and Division with HomeBros.  Log on and have a go!

Sports Challenge:

Don't forget to complete your activity sheet and email it in to Mrs Waine. The activity score sheet can be found on this first PDF.  Good luck!
